My eye iris has just one seperate black patch . It has just developed one hour back .  What's this ? Earlier it was not there ! Is it some serious thing . My eye was perfect before this

Hi.. Looks highly unlikely that it will develop in 1 hour. It looks like pigmentation..but get it checked..n if any growth is documented over period of time , or it bothers you cosmetically..it can be taken care of...
