I cant breeadth properly. i think it may be bcoz cigrate. so can u suggest me what to do. and which type of doctor shall i go for that

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes it is partly because of cigarettes. So quit smoking. If you don't want to quit, then there is no use of even consulting a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
