I’m 30 years old and suffering from constipation ,bleeding bowl ,feeling a small lump in left side of abdomen but it’s painless ,i use to fart a lot after meals , I have diabetes and talking medication one person to told me this symptoms are of colon cancer I want to know what it is ,Hernia /piles/cancer
