Her jaw kept open while yawning

A day often while yawning her jaw kept open and she has to push it back to close it. Yday it was kept open for 30 mins and she was not able to shut it. Also she feels numbness in her arms very often to whom shall i contact for this, my mother is 62 yrs old and lost her all teeth, using dentures. Please suggest me to right approach.

For arm numbness If she is having neck pain also Please do the mri cervical spine For jaw problem It could be due to temporo mandibular joint dislocation Please visit oral and facial surgeon ( mds - dentist )
