Recently my dad's father tested HBV positive...doctor sujjested surgery...and my question is it will spread for others I mean who r living with him...my family members r scaring...plz give guidance 😌😌

No, HBV infection is a blood-borne infection. There's no risk as such sharing lunch-dinner with family members.
