My 4 months old baby is administered with 4 doses of Hepatitis B already. At birth and 6 weeks of age, Hepatitis B 1st and 2nd doses was given. At 10 weeks and 14 weeks of age, PENTAVAC PFS vaccine was given for DTP and HiB. But this PENTAVAC PFS also included Hepatitis B. There is 3rd dose of Hepatitis B listed at 6

You don't need to give 6 month dose if 4 doses are already given. Doctor may have given extra doses of hepatitis B because of ease of administration since it comes in a previous filled syringe. That said giving extra doses of vaccine will not harm him. it will increase the immunity.
