If a patient found HBsAg positive 11.14 with viral load 1 IU/ml and then after one year HBsAg comes non reactive(in two different blood samples)with same viral load i.e. 1 IU/ml does it mean Hepitities b virus has removed from their body and the patient is eligible for taking Hepitities B vaccine now so that he can't infected with that virus in future or the vaccine won't work now as he already infected with virus previously.
