Hepatitis B reactive to non reactive

Hi If a patient found HBsAg positive 11.14 with viral load 1 IU/ml and then after one year HBsAg comes non reactive(in two different blood samples)with same viral load i.e. 1 IU/ml does it mean Hepitities b virus has removed from their body and the patient is eligible for taking Hepitities B vaccine now so that he can't infected with that virus in future or the vaccine won't work now as he already infected with virus previously. Thanks in advance!!

Hi. Please consult. This is very uncommon senario. But if viral load is present he is still infected and cannot take vaccine
