Hepatitis B induced liver enlargement

My LFT is normal, but USG shows hepatomegaly, I am feeling pain on the upper left side of abdomen. Have been taking anti-viral medication but the liver size is still increasing. What should I do?

Regards, Avoid liver insulting habits like a alcohol , fatty food , Medication harming liver etc. Kindly consult gastroenterologist . Thank you .
