I have query regarding Hepatitis B , my results of various test are as following : Hbasg - Reactive Hepatitis be Antigen ( HBeAg ) 0.23 Hepatitis Be Antibody (Anti- HBe) 0.01 HBV DNA 243 IU/mL LFT ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (AST/SGOT) 26.0 U/L ALANINE AMINOTRANFERASE (ALT/SGPT) 29.0 U/L Please suggest for any medication

You don't need any medicine now. Drugs are indicated if your AST or ALT levels are more than 80 IU.
Next Steps
1. get your family tested for HBsAg and proceed accordingly. Show reports to your Gastroenterologist. 2. Get LIVER FUNCTIONS  tested every 3 months for an year and then 6 monthly. 3.Get HBV DNA tested once every year.

1. do not donate blood. 2. avoid  shaving at salon. 3. at home do not share razors, nail cutters, towels. touching, kissing kids, sitting and eating with family will not spread this to others. 4 . exercise, brisk walking, yoga, meditation 5. proper diet: avoid junk, fried , fatty, sugary food. 6. Practice safe sex. see details on net. 7  if high BP, sugar, thyroid, cholesterol strict control is essential. 8. MOST Important: NO Alcohol 9. Avoid unnecessary medicines.
