Hi , in my latest abdomen and pelvis ultrasound , I got well defined lesions noted in the segment VII , each measuring 4.0* 3.4 cm and 1.3 * 1.1 cm , have attached reports above ? Is this the thing to worry ?

Hepatic hemagiomas don't need any treatment if asymptomatic and no reason to worry.  Get a CECT ABDOMEN done for better imaging and diagnosis. But followup for prolonged period is necessary if it is increasing or decreasing in size
