"Hepatetis B quantitative is 1943IU/Ml,SGOT 30IU/ml SGPT 38IU/Ml, Hbsag end titre with dilution is 1718.73IU/ml, HBV hepatetis B viral load 11308 copies/ml, MR elastomer report for Liver is normal, Please suggest a treatment for it.I am 29years old male, please advise treatment on it, and can be completely cure for this.

Based on your report you need anti viral therapy.  Many drugs are available.  Medicines will be chosed based on clinical history and personal  examination.  You have to consult a nearby gastroenterologist. Complete viral response   to medical treatment is possible though it is uncommon.
