My mother is suffering from hemorrhoids since 10 years but in recent 1 month it has got aggressive with excess pain and bleeding. Considering surgery, what are the best option with minimal risks and chances of issue growing back? Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

Go for minimally invasive haemorrhoid procedure (MIPH)...i.e.stapled haemorrhoidectomy.
Next Steps
this procedure is fast with lesser complications and has good results. also hospital stay is short
