I am a 33 years old, male. I am experiencing severe pain (especially during bowel movement) from what looks like external hemorrhoids, since last 10 days. Absolutely NO BLEEDING has occurred till date. The nature of my stools is irregular (semi-solid or constipated or acidic). I have tried using "Anovate" cream as well as "Thank you OD" cream. But both have been able to give only a temporary relief. What line of treatment should I implement? Do I need some oral medicines / antibiotics? What cream should I use? Please advise.
