I have IBS, which causes me to get constipated most of the time. I developed hemorrhoids but they were not painful, red, and were not purtruding too much. Now, months later, they are very external and are purple-ish/blue-ish. There is a bit of bleeding after I have bowel movements and wipe. They are getting very very uncomfortable and I am scared it will become really painful. What do I do?
