I eat chicken eggs bananas apples a lot and also don't even feel any weakness yet my hemglobin level is-11.5...so what should I do? And another question can I donate blood with this level of hemoglobin?

Chicken etc don't increase hemoglobin. Rest eat iron rich diet. You can not donate blood.. it is generally donated when  Hb levels are more than 13
