My hemoglobean has reached to 3. Now in recent corona times what needs to be done. Is it too dangerous for me . Pls suggest should I include my diet or do something else.

Hello your Hemoglobin is 8.7 It is low but not life threatening. What is the cause of life Hb? Do you have bleeding issue like heavy menstrual flow, piles, black stool or other bleeding problems. If yes they have to be treated. You can increase Hb with proper diet.
