Gradually increase in weakness proximal to distal 1st start in Rt UL. With fasiculation & muscle wasting and also gradually progress Speech & swallowing difficulty than know gradually Start in Rt LL. Past history - RTA head injury( frontal area) 6 month after above symptoms appears He skipped medicine After one month Epilepsy after 2 month of acciden Atropine & some. Blood thinner drug is given by Dr bt no improvement and symptoms gradually Progress I can't understand what is it which deiseas is it? Please sir kindly help me plz plz
