My penis is hard to get a boner and small still how do I fix it pls help I was 8 when I did not know to not play with my penis a I was master bating and my penis was hard then it went soft immediately it was tickling then it just when soft didn't see to health my penis doesn't have a hard hard boner know it's like a super soft boner can u pls help I'm 13 now and it's still not working correctly I really need to fix this.
