Help me with my father ECG report please

My father is in CRPF and there are regular medical checkup in his department. He recently got his ECG report and these are the thing mentioned in the report: normal sinus rhythm, Moderate voltage criteria for LVH maybe normal variant and Boardline ECG. I'm attaching the report also. Please tell me if it is normal or not and what should we do? Thanks you.

Hello Does your father has Hypertension ? Does he has any symptoms ? Any health problems ? Most likely causes for hypertension is high BP . Get vitals checked . Thank you
