Symptoms are boom heart sound at always to feel, pulse goes to lower,muscles pain, fatigue, long lasting urination, abnormal feeling in abdomen , sometimes  to get little itchness. Doubt may be it come from: I will take neem extraction at orally in empty stomach (4 months) for only safe from covid Pls doctor clarify my doubts and how to treat it and what kind of disease it is!
