Sometimes my ears are blocking may be due to cold , but when it happens it is very difficult to settle .for up to 1 week it continues blocking sometimes its getting normal, but most of the time its like blocking my ears . How can i prevent from this problem .pls help me .especially my left ear .recently am facing this from 10 days .after i got some cold .what to do to prevent from blocking .pls help for this
