Hello dear, As you were dengue IgM positive in this infection platelets goes down from normal so for that you have to daily check your platelets and now as you have mentioned you are having rashes and itching that means platelets are going down so first of all you should get your CBC done as soon as possible  and get opinion from near by physician. You might also need to be hospitalise. Hope this might be helpful to you.
