Dear Doctor, For few days I am feeling heaviness in my head and stress on eyes. On checking BP, found that it is showing 140/110 for past few days continues. Please suggest some solution.

Hey headache and eye pain could be due to high BP ,you have high diastolic BP ,take antihypertensive like amlong  consult general physician
