It syarted when i took paragis herb,when my period came it become soo heavy,i can soaked a naplin in 30mins then theres a big clot of blood coming out too,it lasted for 3days after that spotting for 3wks.then my menstruation came again 2 day heavy bleeding then continues brown spotting.no cramps feeled during menstruation..what is happening tome

You need gynec treatment.  And sonography.  After sonography consukllt me...i will guide to best  .ok....
