I am 29 years old and i got recently married and first time after 6 months of my marriage i am getting heavy flow mensis, i am confused about this periods as it is first time with me, please help me what should i do, i am really worried

Yup get ur test done...but if these is for first time then u have these medicine it will helps u to get relief..because to take a reports on the first time only which i dnt prefer because there may be chance that in these month there was anything new has been done by u like extrawork or more strees...so dnt get tensed have these medicine u urself will feel relief...
