It started with itching in the genitals and this grew small red dots in the groin area. Now the whole genitals is affected including penis and scrotum. It has eruptions on the skin and looks like mosquito bites in the entire area. I'm confused with what type of infection this is. Was on medication since last 1 week. It got suppressed in between but again started and now it's the same as it was before. Things I'm following now: not wearing underwear, bath using dettol in warm water, using anti-fungal  powder.
