I am facing heavy itching problem in between my legs and around my genital organ.It is happening since many months.Skin around my genital organ became like dark red and rashes appeared there.I did many precautions but it is still there.I am fully frustrated by this and want an immediate cure from this itching problem.

This seems to be a fungal infection. It is known as Intertrigo. You need to start on a course of anti fungals antibiotics to cure it. A course of Tab fluconazole should help. Also anti allergies will help you alleviate itching.
