Heavy drinker on wellbutrin

Hello. I have been taking Wellbutrin xl 150mg once a day for almost a year now. I am also a heavy drinker - i drink one to 2 bottles of wine a day. I would like to stop drinking but i read that it can cause seizures if you do it too fast. Can you help me on how i might correctly taper off?

HELLO, BEST IS REHABILITATION CENTER. YES SEIZURE MAY BE THEIR. TAB CLONAZEPAM 2 MG ONE AT NIGHT + 60 ML OF ALCOHOL TO BE TAKEN INITIALY IF NO PROBLEM, ALCOHOL 60 MLTO DECREASE N CLONAZEPAM 2 MG. LIKE THST U CAN TRY. BUT STILL REHABILITATION CENTER IS SAFE.
