Heavy drinker on wellbutrin

Hello. I have been taking Wellbutrin xl 150mg once a day for almost a year now. I am also a heavy drinker - i drink one to 2 bottles of wine a day. I would like to stop drinking but i read that it can cause seizures if you do it too fast. Can you help me on how i might correctly taper off?
