Heavy/achy burning feeling near anus

Got really uncomfortable bum pain. Was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2008 but have had very little stomach pain in that time, having other strange symptoms. Last CT scan shown a significant area of narrowing so I assume I'm on borrowed time with that. Now, last 6 weeks or so, mostly after eating, I've felt like I have something up my bum & a really bad deep aching pressure up there, even reaching 8/10 on the pain scale. My achilles has been HUGE & I've struggled to walk

In case the Crohn’s disease was diagnosed with certainty, this symptom of yours can definitely be linked to your Crohn’s disease. You have not mentioned in your query as to whether you are on treatment for Crohn’s or stopped it
Next Steps
Get it examined by Gastroenterologist and a Colorectal Surgeon. This is a perianal complication of Crohn’s and if neglected can lead on to debilitating complications. Don’t delay any further.
Health Tips
Don’t delay a consultation. ASAP
