I would advice you to reduce the temperature by having a cold shower, using a wet towel over the neck, applying ice packs so as to reduce the immediate temperature. Drink plenty of fluids and look for signs of dehydration such as drying of the tongue, loss of elasticity of skin, etc. Having an anti emetic to stop the vomiting would help.
Things to do next time a heat stroke occurs:
- Call for help and if possible take to hospital
- Get the person into shade
- Remove excess clothing
- Cool the person down by means such as cold shower, applying ice packs, etc.
Prevention against heat stroke:
- wear loose fitting, lightweight material
- protection against sunburn
- drink plenty of fluids
If problems persist or worsen immediately take to the nearest ER
