My age 65 my final diagnosis is : MITRAL ANNULAR CALCIFICATION PRESENT, CONCENTRIC LVH, RWMA IN LCX TERRITORY, MILD LV DYSFUNCTION, LVEF-49%,E/E 15.1,TRIVIAL MR, 2.0 CM JET AREA, GRADE - 1 DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION, NO TR NO PE, WHAT TREATMENT I TAKE?
