Very gd eveing sir am suffring fromheart pumping with ef is 40 from since 2 months on words am ung tablets as well as but am not controlling my self to stop cigiratte can u please suggest me sir how to stop

This is serious matter, you need to take proper medicines and follow doctors advice , else this condition is bound to worsen. And why EF is 40 at this age needs to be evaluated extensively
