Sir I feel heart beat in my neck, palms,above nosetightness, sometimes in head and other muscles too nd sometimes it's visible too. Is there any issue with heart or its just anxiety??

With anxiety palpitations is very common, any other reasons for palpitation like thyroid, BP, anxiety and anaemia should be checked. Regular exercise weight reduction, meditation will help.
