I've been having these symptoms for quite some time now, wherein my heart rate increases above 120 bpm and today it went to 148 bpm then within a minute slowly came down to normal range. All of this happened within a small time frame window. During this elevated heart rate we checked the bp was about 116 /91 and I also experienced stomach bloating and some gas sounds. This has been frequent with heart rate going a little beyond 120 bpm. I had previously check for ECG and echo and both came back normal. I am 29 years old and weight 120Kg. I wanted to check why this is happening ?
