He has high cholesterol Low TSH And mild atherosclerosis CAD with thrombus. Please tell how serious is it. Can it cause heart attack Please reply Is it reversible?? Also he has grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction

It would have been better if u had shared the reports. All these are risk factors for heart attack but at this stage it is definitely reversible with proper diet , excercise and medicines.
