Heart disease/HBP at 18??

My BP is always elevated at the doc. He attributes it to white coat syndrome and my horrible anxiety. I'm normal weight, 18 years old with no prior health history. Is it possible for my arteries to be blocked or to have heart disease already? And can HBP cause me problems this early in life ?
