Heart blockage,feeling buring in chest

If my father is walking 1-2 kms the my father chest is burning.I have done test then we found in report that there is little blockage in heart. I want to ask you sir that I have not done till now endroscopic.for that test my father has has to do that test in empty stomach or not..?
