I have profound hearing loss due to otoxic medicines administration when I had enteric fever 13 years back. Is there any treatment available for the same?

13 years is a long time any medicine administrated that time if it has caused renal damage can not be undone. but renal problem as such can be managed by various means depending upon the problem.
