I am 22 years old. I feel tired, sleepy, very tired, weak in strength and muscle, and I feel such as feeling numbness accompanied by swelling in some places of the body(face, hand, legs..) Also disorders in hearing and vision disorders. This condition began at the age of 14/15 years very lightly and increased with the passage of years in ascending order. What can this problem be ? I want to know possible possibilities of my condition
