Heal the Mantoux test scar

Recently I did a mantoux test and was tested positive. After that the hand where the mini bump occured (thanks to mantoux test) started itching & paining. Also I mistakenly scratched the bump area while i was asleep. Now it looks like this. I've applied a random oinment temporarily. Please suggest medication to heal this scar.
