It is OK to take 200 mg tablet in thyroid...now he is getting frequent headache and not eating properly...this is going on from 2 months...last month he suffered from viral fever.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. 200mg???? 200mg is too much. No Thyroid medicine is available in 200mg. Are you sure it's 200mg. Medicines for hypothyroidism are available in microgram (mcg) and not milligrammes (mg). Please check. If he is prescribed 200mcg, then he will have to take that much. Best regards.
