hello sir.. well you seem to have morning headache typical office type..i want know if youwere suffering from cold recently as it could be frontal sinusitis...you need to take regular steam atleast thrice a day with carvol plus capsule which would be better..secondly if its there from a long time you will also require to complete a course of antibiotics...make sure you drink water well.. thank you
