I’m feeling a little dizzy, throbbing at the tempo and heart is racing what is happening to me.. I’m staying at a friends house and he took my blood pressure twice and reads 166/114..

You have hypertension. Have a salt restricted diet. Brisk walk 30 mins a day for 6 days a week
