Frequently I am getting very serious headache and right eye and ear pain. Since a two years I am suffering from this.

There are various causes for chronic headaches. Most common cause is migraine. Other possibility is chronic sinusitis. You may need to undergo detailed clinical evaluation including diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to rule out nose related problems.
