Headache / Migraine

Getting acute, throbbing headache only one side alternatively . It can last up to 3 to 4 days. Along with headache I get aura like reflection in my vision and very sensitive to light and sound. Sometimes it is accompanied with vomiting. Currently surviving on painkillers, sometimes 4 a days , sometimes combination of different painkillers. I feel it's high time to get rid of it and I am just confused what triggers it and how to control it . Daily activity and life is getting difficult . Has caused me to be less patient and irratible . If some one can suhgest what can I do to have a better quality of life ...
