My dr (general physician - BAMS ) advised me to take Tab Napra D 250 sos. And it works. My concern.. Only I am having doubt that if is having any Adverse effect on kidney or other part. Is it safe to take tabs. Is it a type of migraine...? Will any complication could arise in future? What can cure it completely?

Hello.......Take painkillers like acetaminophen, ibuprofen , you need not to take naproxen if above painkillers work, taking pain killers when in pain doesn't cause kidney damage, you can take it, Identify the triggering factors which causes headache , it could be migraine....

Hi..... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.
