I have headache issue and it starts at evening. All tests are nornal so doctor gave me migrane medicine for headache but it's not worked. Is it tention headache or what and for this which medicine should i use?

You should consult a neurologist for an detailed evaluation and examination. If it is migraine headache, then with few adjustments in the medication and lifestyle modifications, you will feel better.
