My wife is getting headache we have 22 days old baby , which tablet she can take for headache with no impact on baby feeding and health

Firstly your wife needs to have plenty water. She eating for two and breast feeding also. Take plain Paracetamol tablet only. One tablet SOS or if required every 8 hours if needed only.
