I have headache,fever,and loose motions from yesterday and suffering from weakness and high pain in stomach

It looks like u have got intestinal infection may be due to out side food or water .for fever n headache u can take any paracetamol ,500 mgm to 650 mgm, for yr loose motions u can take tab.ornidazole with ofloxacin n if frequency is more u can add cap.enouff 1-3 time a day,keep yr self hydrated by drinking plenty of fulids with salt n sugar
