HELLO, CONSULT A NEUROLOGIST. TABLET NEPROSYN 250TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. O.K BYE.
